  • Classes

    I teach a blend of yoga with strength and mobility exercises so you can keep your body strong and mobile. You’ll learn a lot in my classes about anatomy and how your body works. My classes are small and I’m focused on giving you verbal feedback.

    We use classic yoga props, resistance bands, Pilates balls, foam rollers, massage balls, and whatever else I can find! Everyone is welcome in class, no yoga experience is necessary.

    Current Online Class Schedule
    Tues - 8am strong & stable yoga
    Tues - 7pm healthy neck & shoulders
    Wed - 12pm Yoga + (weights and resistance)
    Wed - 6:30pm healthy hips & core
    Thur - 7am rise & shine
    Fri - 9:15am hips, core & pelvic floor
    Sat - 11:15am healthy hips & core

  • Deep Dives

    Deep Dives hone in on a specific topic - like breathing - so we can learn more about the physiology, functional movement patterns, and how to integrate specific exercises and practices into our daily lives. Deep Dives are taught in a small group so there’s discussion and feedback. My Deep Dive areas of expertise are:

    - Hips, Core & Pelvic Floor
    - Neck & Shoulders
    - Breath & Meditation

    Deep Dives are great for all levels including beginners.

  • One-To-One Private Sessions

    One-to-one private sessions are customized based on your individual needs.

    Here is how my clients use private sessions:
